This i write is taken from what i read from the official 12sky2 Guidebook Taiwan version.

Fierce Tiger's Weapons:
Spear (offensive)
Light Blade (Defensive)
Sceptre (Dodge)

Royal Snake's Weapons:
Katana (offensive)
Double blade (defensive)
lute (dodge)

Imperial Dragon's Weapons:
Blade (offensive)
sword (defensive)
marble (dodge)

******************************************************************************************************************************

Imperial Dragon Build:
Blade- Even though the speed isn't fast, it is the strongest. Suggest build is Str:Vit 3:2 and reaching higher level Str:Dex:Vit:Chi 2:1:1:1
the strength of blade item is 2.8.

Sword- This is the defensive weapon where you get defensive buff. The strength of sword is 2.65 making it 2nd strongest. Recommended build is Str:Chi:Dex 2:2:1 or Str:Vit 3:2. At a higher level, build recommended as str:vit 2:3.

Marble- This is the dodge weapon where you get dodge buffs. Recommended build is str:dex:vit 2:1:2. The strength rating is 2.51 making it the weakest weapon.

Royal Snake Build:
Katana- Attack speed of royal snake seem faster so this makes katana a very powerful weapon. Recommended build is str:vit 3:2. At higher level recommended build is 2:2:1. the strength of katana item is 2.8.

Double Blade: Being the fastest weapon for royal snakes, use it at an advantage. You can also use defensive buff. Recommended build is str:vit 3:2 and at higher level str:vit:chi 2:2:1.

Lute: Being able to use long ranged attacks is useful, but the strength is the weakest out of all weapons for royal snakes. Lure strength is 2.51 same as marble for imperial dragon. Recommended build is str:vit 3:2 for beginning and later str:vit:chi 2:2:1

Fierce Tiger Build:

Spear: Again being the strongest weapon, it is powerful and hits the most. However, the attack speed is slow. Suggested build is str:vit 3:2 or 4:1 taking the advantage of it being powerful. The strength of spear is 2.8

Light Blade:Being the defensive weapon, it allows defensive buff and the suggested build is str:vit 3:2 and later on str:vit:chi 2:2:1. The strength of light blade is 2.65

Sceptre: The sceptre is the weakest weapon of the three. It allows long range attacks. Recommended build for starters is str:vit 4:1 to finish enemies before they get to you and later on str:vit:chi 2:2:1.

To clear some misunderstanding why not add dex?

According to the guide not putting points in dex is because it is not beneficial in the long run. Think about it this way, if your opponent is hitting you with multi hits, even with high defense (putting points in dex), you will get hit and die if you don't have fast fingers/reaction to heal with pills. But if you have high health (putting points in vit), you can take on those hits, maybe get a hit a little more but can survive therefore more useful. Not only that, vitality gives dodge points too!

Remember!!
TS2 is different from TS1.
Strength gives attack power (how much you hit) and attack accuracy
Dexterity gives defense and dodge rate
Vitality gives health (hp) and dodge rate
Chi gives chi and attack power.
